The purpose of Regional Goods Movement series of “White Papers” is to both inform and provide support to leaders and transportation professionals responsible for making decisions that affect goods movement within the Tampa Bay Region. It is also a vehicle for informing the public about the importance of goods movement within the region.

As subjects are addressed in White Papers throughout the study period they will be designated to one of the subject areas for reference.
